Can someone tell me how to set up multiple ebay accounts using the same PayPal info. I know I need a new email account but can I link one PayPal account with multiple eBay accounts? Also, can I use the same street address etc when setting up another eBay account? Thanks.

Yes just add the email you use with the new ebay account and add it to your paypal account.

Once thats done the two accounts will be linked and ready to roll.

what if there is a problem with one eBay account and it got suspended or something like that....do all your other eBay accounts get in trouble too because it relates to your other account?

yes they would both go down and as soon as you tried to register with eBay that one would go down too...which isn't good, my advice would be to open two separates just in case :)

yeah...2 seperate account with different address and names would be safer.

also don't login to 2 accounts with 1 IP address.

does anyone know that if there is one suspended account in one big apartment building....does all the rest account in that build will be related..??

Wouldn't of thought so, as far as I know each computer has a unique I.P address and even if they don't they would only be the same if using the same connection, I take it you are not all using the same connection...You can use software such as peer guardian to block your i.p, just type it in google and it will come up. If you have any trouble p.m me...

i think those software allow you go to http: not https: so when you try to login ebay or paypal, they block you...no?

It works different way in different countries, eBay is not of the same setup everywhere. It is true that , if your multiple accounts are linked, all of them will be troubled at the same time if only one has a problem. Same is with PayPal. IP address doesn't matter if you get two accounts with two different names, same address, one can be your partner or sibling and can use same IP address, so it is totaly legal. Use your creativity, but beware of shill bidding. It is largely unacceptable practice and if you're caught doing it, you will be labeled as such. Any help or advice needed for new eBayers , I will help if I can, email me any time. Tips for importing, juggling the import tax issues etc...

If someone in your home is suspended EVERYONE in your home, at your address, is unable to obtain and/or keep their account. I know this for a fact. I can copy and paste ebay messages that I have from friends to whom this been an issue.
However, there are a number of ways around this. All of which are a bit complicated but certainly possible.
First of all, IP addresses can indeed be important even with two different accounts. It is imperative that you set up two different user ids for your operating system. With each user id you will want to re-set your ip address each time you are going to log into ebay or into PayPal. Resetting your ip is relatively easy.....just turn your modem off for about a minute and turn it back on. To check to see if the ip address was re-set go to Link hidden: Login to view. They will show your current ip address. When you reset your modem and log back in go to that site again and make sure it has changed. Ebay can and does use that information to associate accounts.
If you are going to use two different accounts you want to use information for two different people. That way if one account were to be suspended, which ebay is doing at a record pace these days for the vaguest of reasons in many cases, you will not have your other account linked. There are a number of ways to do this. IF you PM me I will tell you a site you can go to with tons of information about all of this.
