HI HERE MY STORY , I HAVE A FRIEND THAT HAS A STORE OF DESIGNERS CLOTHES AT THE MALL AND THEY ARE AUTHENTIC. HE KNOWS THAT IM SELLING IN EBAY AND ALL THIS SO HE TOLD ME THAT WE CAN MAKE SOME MONEY SELLING THESE CLOTHES IN EBAY SO WE START SELLING JEANS AND CAPS AND THEY WERE SELLING SO FAST AND THE COSTUMERS WERE REALLY HAPPY WITH THE CLOTHES , LIKE 3 WEEKS FROM THE DAY I START SELLING AND MAKING SOME MONEY I START HAVING PROBLEMS WITH 'TRADEMARK' OR REPLICA SOMETHING LIKE THAT AND THEY WERE REMOVING LISTING BY LISTING SO I TRIED TO CHANGE THE LISTINGS AND TRY NOT TO PUT ANY WORD OR SOMETHING THAT REFERS TO THE BRAND . SOME PEOPLE WERE BIDDING FOR MY LISTINGS SO I WAS SO HAPPY THAT I FOUND SOMETHING THAT WERE SELLING GOOD FOR NOW UNTIL MY ACCOUNT GOT SUSPENDED . AND NOW I CAN'T SELL ANYTHING, EVERYTHING IS BLOCK IN MY ACCOUNT , THE POINT IS THAT I DONT REALLY UNDERSTAND WHAT IM I DOING WRONG OR HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO DO THE LISTING BECAUSE IF I ELIMINATE THE NAME OF THE BRAND NOBODY IS GOING TO FIND THE THINGS THAT I AM SELLING . I QUIT MY JOB ABOUT 3 WEEKS AGO BECAUSE IT WAS GOING GOOD WITH EBAY AND OUTSIDE AND SO I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO DO YOU GUYS KNOW OTHER AUCTION PLACE THAT SELLS GOOD WHAT ABOUT CRAIGSLIST?

THANKS FOR YOUR HELP !

I've had some luck with Craigslist. You can link to a My Space page & post your pics there. The only thing about Craigslist is that you have to go in to each city & post. there is no mass posting capabilites. Probably some power seller on eBay is reporting your tiems because they have the samething!

I would try and contact ebay, I know they are bad about suspending accounts without asking questions first. But I would contact them and offer proof that the items were authentic. Sometimes it takes a bunch of emails, but it's worth the trouble if you can get back on..

Most of the time it always another seller who hits the 'report button' located at the bottom of every listing. I talked with an ebay rep about this same problem 2 years ago. They said that they 'depend heavily on other ebay members to police the site, by reporting fraudulent sellers'. In addition they stated that if a Verifyed Rights Owner (vero) reports a listing, ebay shuts it down, no questions asked. If a ebay member reports it, then a member of the ebay team is suppose to go and take a look at the listing and then based on what they see, make a decision as to wether to let the listing run or to shut it down..However most of the time they have so many listings to look at that the just automatically shut it down..

There are a lot of powersellers on ebay who use this tactic to get their competition shut down. They normally target new and inexperienced sellers. Most of them don't know what to do about it and just give up.

When I sold designer goods I always put a copy (photo)of the receipt from where I purchased the item and also added a disclaimer at the bottom of the page: 'I am not affiliated in any way with ^%$#&& industries. All items are gauranteed authentic and proof of authenticity can and will be provided upon request.'

Meanwhile you might want to try out other sites such as ubid and several of those. Do a google search and look for 'top 10 auction sites' or something like that and try using a few of the top sites. Craig's list is suppose to be good also..In addition you might want to get in touch with grahamg, he's a master member on here and has a ebook out that explains all about marketing on craigs list. I think it has something in it about showing how to list in multiple cities also..Anyway I've heard pretty good things about the book and from his posting on the forum he stays on top of the market pretty well. Check any of his postings and he has a link to the ebook in his signature on any of his postings..

I would talk to ebay, but if that doesn't work you might want to try getting a new email address and ebay ID and starting over. They might let you do it that way. Good Luck!

Almost same thing happend to me month ago but I talked to rep using online chat. and problem solved after week.

why it happend was I was selling same zippo at same time because I got them so many at cheap price. So they thought I'm selling replica. I explained and I told them I can even send zippo if you want to check! (which I didn't have to) And they trusted me and my account was good to go again.

So I recommend that you should contact them first.

If you post on craigslist, how do you accept money from other cities? I know craigslist has this thing about adding websites to their listings.
