Hi raraz,

It's unfortunate that PayPal froze your account. They do this at times for reasons we may not always know of or agree to. Pay-Pal may freeze all transactions, in order to get to the bottom of everything. You will be required to follow their instructions so that you can get out of the freeze and continue with your business - if you want them to un-freeze your account it would be best that you follow their requirements/guidelines.

Here are some posts about the 'PayPal Freeze':

Hope this helps. Again don't panic too much, PayPal won't care. Take it one step at a time and make sure all your actions are rational.

All the best! :)

Yes. Paypal freezes low feedback accounts.

Tips for avoiding a freeze.

Set up as a business or premier account.

Ensure to verify with a bank account.

Don't try to clean out your Paypal account when you have money in it at first. Leave some money in it. Not much, but at least 20$

Get 10 positive feedback. This is the most important part. Once you get to 10 they should leave you alone.

The contact information on your Paypal account MUST match the info on your eBay sellers account.

Call them. If you are a new seller explain your situation to them and you may get your Paypal account unlocked over the phone. DOesn't always happen but may.

Always be polite when phoning. Yelling or being rude does not work in ones favor.

If your drop shipping, sell some things around the house until you reach 10 FB.

Hi, if you are in the market for wholesale electronics to sell at places like ebay and other portals and you are wanting a good profit margin to compete with other sellers then contact me at alldiscountz2012@gmail.com. Yes, but I haven't run into that personally. Once I got to 10 feedback I haven't had a hold since. It might be because most of my items are under 100$.

More on PayPal's 21 days hold policy... (Posted on auctionbytes.com)

'eBay's FAQ about the21-day hold states: In a small percentage of cases where it has been determined the risk of dissatisfied buyers is higher, PayPal may delay release of the payment funds to the seller until the buyer has left a positive feedback or 21 days have passed without a dispute, claim, chargeback or reversal filed on that transaction.

The FAQs state that PayPal considers a number of factors in determining a whether a transaction may have a higher risk of dissatisfied buyers, including the following:

* Seller's % Positive Feedback in the last 30 days
* Seller's Detailed Seller Ratings in the last 30 days
* Final price for the item
* Shipping & handling fee
* Seller's eBay tenure as an eBay member
* Seller's total number of Feedback

PayPal will release the hold when the earliest of the following occurs: the buyer leaves positive feedback; 3 days after confirmed item delivery; or 21 days without a dispute, claim, chargeback, or reversal filed on that transaction. (PayPal said if a buyer leaves a negative feedback but does not initiate a dispute, PayPal would release the funds to the seller after 21 days.)'

- So it would be best to watch out for those items listed above to avoid having your money put on hold by PayPal.

Cheers :)

I always think that verifying your account never hurts as well, the less reason you give them to suspect anything bad, the netter your chances of having no drama : )

Fudjj is right on there. The other thing that will raise flags is if someone brand new starts selling a lot of stuff from the start. You want to take your time the first month. Get you 10 POS FB before going crazy, unless of course you dont mind having your funds frozen.

It is best that you do not start off selling a whole bunch of products at one time if you are new. To stay under the radar you must only sell maybe a couple of items with low value cost a week then as your feedback grows and they see no complaints you can slowly and gradually increase your orders over time.
