Hi, I just want to say these forums are a great learning tool and I've been studying this site for about two days now. I've purchased a bedding liquidation pack from Jimmy and I'm going to try selling it on ebay, craigslist, and through my local newspaper.

Once I get on my feet I plan on setting up a website and using adsense and adword strategies along with actual products for sale on the website. I have had my resale permit for some time now, about a year ago I got one and decided I was going to try and go to trade shows and find a product I thought would have great potential. Needless to say going to big trade shows is pretty expensive as far as travel goes, and I was losing momentum as I couldn't seem to ever save enough to get into it.

I found this site and thought 'oh wow maybe I wont have to go to trade shows to find these suppliers now.' I've been searching the directory and have found some interesting suppliers, but most of the time the name brand products I'm looking for are listed as 'imitations.' That or they don't even sell popular name brands.

More specifically, I would love to eventually be able to sell name brand music instruments. Gibson, Fender, Ludwig, Pearl, etc. The only instrument wholesaler on this site doesn't sell name brand equipment.

To wrap things up, I would love some ideas or advice on turning over liquidations as fast as possible, like a template for advertising. I had the idea of listing the same product on multiple sites and in newspaper ads and just selling to the first bite. I would also love it if anyone had any information on wholesale or liquidated name brand music instruments.

Thanks in advance for all your help.

Don't get too carried away with DH Gate, yes it can be a good resource, but you can get burnt if you don't watch your step.

Plenty of advice about how to deal with DH Gate on this forum, suggest you research it before jumping into anything.
