Selling Download Only Product

Hey I was wondering if It is possible to sell Download Only software, since people also sell websites on eBay should be OK

To some extent and under a strict list of guidelines - Yes eBay allows download only software or digitally delivered goods. But you have to take note of the following -

#1 You have to have the rights to distribute the software either you own the rights (like you developed the software) or are an authorized reseller/distributor of the software owner.

#2 You can only list it under Everything Else > Information Products category using only the Classified Ad format.

#3 You need to be verified on PayPal to help confirm your identity.
