Hi guys first time I'm posting so firstly hello to everyone,

Question 1: I want to sell mobile phones in Australia, I have found a supplier overseas that can source original mobile phones, now my problem is that will I get sued for example by Nokia if I sell a original Nokia in Australia even if it's meant for overseas...I hope you guys understand my question.

Question 2: If I want to sell products on ebay, does the income from that have to be declared at the accountant come tax time, note this will be as a private seller..not as a business

Thanks in advance

Question 1. I doubt they will care. The phone might not work if the phone is set to a certain gsm network that might not be avaliable in your country. But im not very technical about phones and thier networks.

Question2. That is based on the tax laws in your country. You are better off refering to that. In the united states you are required to report all income. Even if your making money baking cookies.
