So I've been in business for a little over a month and it's not going too good at the moment. I am selling Christian Audigier, Ed Hardy, and Affliction t-shirts. On Addoway where I am a pro member, I have had close to 400 views of my items and not one sale. I have sold one shirt on eBay and did make a decent profit.

My first question is what do I do now? I check my Addoway store and my eBay listings everyday, but I don't know what I need to do to make sales. The prices are competitive and I'm offering free shipping. Not sure what else to do.

Speaking of shipping, I have been using priority mail through the USPS. I am shipping using the Tyvek envelopes that USPS gives for free. Is there a cheaper way to ship? The shirt I sold to Costa Mesa, CA cost $5.24. Can I do first class mail and if so is it cheaper?

My last question involves suppliers. I purchased an Ed Hardy polo for myself from Beyond The Rack online for $25 when it usually costs $55. Upon receiving a confirmation email of my order, it stated that they contacted their supplier about my order. I then began thinking, "Where did they find a supplier of Ed Hardy where they could get merchandise cheaper than $25 for a shirt?" I haven't been able to. Suppliers I've found on here do not offer shirts for less than $25. Any ideas?

Shipping:

If you are sending a single shirt and the package weighs 13 ounces or less you can send first class mail and cost is almost half that of priority. The only catch is you would need to buy your own mailers. We use the poly mailers since they do not need to be padded and weigh next to nothing. Ebay is a good source to purchase these.

Hope this helps.

I had looked into the poly mailers, but I was unsure if I could mail the shirts first class. Thanks for the info!
