Hi Friends,

I am new and my idea is to make a website to sell products, but I have several questions:
- Can I use images from other websites?
- It is legal to copy images from other brands such as a Breil watch?
- I can sell any brand?
- It is necessary to seek permission?
- If I use the DropShipping concept How can I do the billing?
- We need some kind of contract?

I would suggest to me that I must follow steps

Thank you very much everybody for your responses.

Best Regard

Using the images from another website is a grey area. Linking to their server from your website is a definite no no.
To keep in the clear, alter the picture somewhat. Give it a background or slightly modify the colors. And use your own hosting site.
This is not a terribly bad thing to do using their pictures without any adjustment, just make sure you never link to their server. That might be considered an illegal act.

Real problems would arise if you were selling items with copyright pictures on them. You could potentially get into trouble doing that. Big trouble.

If you are selling Breil watches use the above. If you are selling for a company that has pictures, ask if you can use them. Most will let you if you are buying from them.

On your own website, you can legally sell anything you want as long as you aren't doing anything illegal.
Just keep all your receipts from suppliers.

Dropshippers simply take your orders and ship to your customers for you. Normally, all you have to do is sign-up with them. Once you are in their database you are ready to start. You have to pay for the items before the dropshipper will ship.

Most dropshippers will spell out their terms in the online form you fill out when applying.
