Hello,

I am currently selling on ebay, but I am trying to explore different auction/fixed price sites. I think Yahoo Shopping or Amazon may get more traffic, but paying $40/month on top of transaction fees makes me think ebay is just as good. Keep in mind, I have a part time internet sales business and I am just starting out...meaning I don't have much inventory. Any suggestions? I've looked at EBid but there are just not enough hits. Should I just stick with Ebay? I live in a small town and we don't really have many aucion sites around here...internet sales is really my only option. Any suggestions on where I should sell? I sell mostly dropship sporting goods and liquidated goods from ppwdg. Any and all advice is appreciated.

Thanks!

If you have to sell at fixed price I would be looking at all the cheaper options, no matter what the traffic was like.

You can't go past Graiglist, but use the other sites that have very cheap rates, some with even free listing fees.

Use as many avenues as you can in conjunction with ebay to maximise your marketing.

Ecrater. iOffer or bisi are also sites where where you don't have to pay while you list. You get charged once you make a sale. And they all are pretty simple to set up a store in.
