I am just starting out in liquidations. I am waiting on some sample packs from Jimmy, and I have been doing some reasearch on Via Trading Corp. Everything looks good, but I was wondering if anyone knew anything about these guys, or has anyone dealt with them. Any information would be helpful.

They are one of the liquidation companies that I would recommend for people to take a look at when starting out.

I have made a few purchases through them over the past couple of years and am completely happy.

Not being based in the US, customer service was a big issue for me.....hard to drive down there and threaten to choke someone if they stuff you around.

These guys delivered that customer service as well as anyone could wish in my opinion.

They do allow you to go in and take a look around, so if you happen to be close I would suggest that you do, however I'm satisfied that I received what I ordered, when I ordered it.

Just remember, it is liquidated stock and my positive experience may not be indicative of your own experience, but they are a legit company, and they are also a tender holder, not a brokerage.

Pretty sure you will find a positive rating at BBB as well.

Yes, they are a legitimate company. Customer service is really great. They are based in Los Angeles California so if you are near, just drop by and pick any pallet you want to order and bring it home that day. They sometimes auction some of their pallets too. They also have some brand new merchandise which you can pick and buy if you don't want to deal with customer returns. They have been in the news a couple of times already. I think it was KTLA new or something. I know that alot of flea marketers buy their merchandise from them. You can call them or email them and you'll get an answer within 24 hours. I hope this helps. =)

Like everyone else said Via Trading has excellent customer service. I also have ordered from them several times & they went out of thier way to make sure my items were delivered without any problems.

I agree with everyone, they have excellent customer service. Everyone there is very friendly. Since I live in Los Angeles I have been there and I have purchased pallets from them. I have been to their auctions too, which are very good. They are a legitimate excellent company.

Thank you all for your information. I have been in contact with them, and they have been very eager to help with my business needs and my first order. I am very disappointed with the other broker I tried to order from, so I ordered with Via and I recommend them to anyone wanting to get started in liquidations.
