Very professional, and when you post buying leads you do get responses...FAST! They have systems in place and a very rigorous method of verifying 'companies' so you can be sure that the people your talking too are genuine. :D

Yes ive actually registered with them over a year ago. Not a bad place to find some good leads. But it can be a bit tricky for some.

I have check the site,I think it is like alibaba, most of suppliers are scam. They supplied counterfeit products, and you can't complaint about it after you have received the item since you are paying them thru T/T or Western Union. Not safe enough to trade.I am not saying all of them but too risky, especially paying thru T/T.

I have recently found Alibaba and TradeKey.com. Are you saying Alibaba is not legit? I haven't made any purchases through either one yet as I am new to importing and have a lot to learn before moving forward. Would like to hear more if anyone knows anything. Thanks

I have done business with sellers from both alibaba and tradekey. True there are a ton of scammers on both sites. However there are some legit ones too, depending on what you are out to buy. All of the ones that I used accepted paypal or credit cards. It's all a matter of doing your homework BEFORE you buy.

I always email with questions to see how fast they respond and what type of email service they are using. A legit company for example will not be using a 'free' service such as hotmail. Also see if they are willing to provide a sample,, things like that are invaluable to making an informed decision as to wether to do business with..

As with any transaction, you should do your homework first, don't be afraid to ask hard questions and only do business where you will have a solid recourse to reclaim your money if things go sour....

Alibaba is legit, but also has some scammers. However, you could avoid of being scammed if you are more careful. Purchasing from china, here are some suggestions:1) pay to a company account instead of a personal account 2)you'd better not buy branded from china, most are fakes 3)have a scammer search online 4)don't utterly believe in the golden suppliers on Alibaba, anyone could become a golden supplier spending several thousands dollars

Anyway, you should do enough work before dealing business with others.Good luck!
