Banggood feedback (with Banggood Support follow up)

I cannot give a negative enough review about this company. From the start, I have had nothing but issues with them. Unfortunately, this has been going on for weeks now with no resolution. I made the mistake of selling their products via Amazon. Amazon has now gotten involved and determined that they also do not believe the statements made by the company, and have actually refunded my buyers for the orders placed. This has actually taken money out of my pocket since I have had to refund buyers and yet paid for the products. The items have still not arrived at with my buyers and yet, the company keeps trotting out to wait "just 3 more days." It has now been a month since 1 of the orders was placed.

Shane from Salehoo has gotten involved and even he is getting mixed messages. They tell him they'll issue a refund for the missing products and then tell me to wait for delivery.

This has been the most frustrating situation I've been in. To top it off, they just don't bother to reply when they don't feel like it.

Finally, I'm not sure that they understand how drop shipping works. Their one resolution was to have the buyers refuse shipment so that the package would be sent to them. If this was a true drop ship company, the refused package should be sent to the drop shipper, not the supplier. This can only mean that they are including their information with the packages.

In a nutshell, I will never work with them again, and it has soured me to all companies based in China. I cannot advise strong enough to not use this company.

Hi Victoria,

I'll follow up with Shane in regards to the current status on a resolution for you on this issue. One thing about BG, unless you deal with the actual drop-shipping division, we've seen cases where the messages get very confusing. I am guessing that is what may well be happening here, you're getting serviced from the wrong division, but I'll clarify with Shane and we'll get some action moving on this for you.

BTW, just for your reference, Shane is a she :)

Thanks for your reply and head's up about Shane (oops). Anyway, I have been in contact with the drop shipping department, as has Shane. This has been ongoing for weeks now.

I wish I had searched the forum before using them, as there seem to be a lot of people having issues with the company.

We have had issues with this supplier, but they have always been resolved once we get to the right people we've found. Very large supplier as well, they do thousands of sales a month, so as a proportion to actual sales, the problems are quite small. That said, any problem is not small for the seller, so we certainly need to get this cleaned up for you as quickly as we can.
