CJ Dropshipping - review needed

Hi,
Does anyone have any experience with CJ Dropshipping?
I've recently started importing products from them as their prices are good and their shipping is faster than a lot of chinese dropshippers, however I have seen some bad reviews about them.
Their live chat is sometimes slow but helpful, however I sent an email to someone they said was an agent assigned to me and received no reply.

Any information on these guys would be very helpful,
