It would be advisable that they provide more detailed information of some wholesalers such as FragranceNet.com, Inc. SaleHoo mentioned that they send to everyone, but when I sign up on their page I realize that their list of countries is very limited - none of them appear in South America. I also wrote an e-mail to them but they never responded to it - it was definitely a waste of time.

Because I have not been able to find a good provider, today I wrote to them. In a few days, I will update if they respond or not. Thank you.

This supplier does ship internationally. You can checkout their shipping information on their direct site Link hidden: Login to view. I've reviewed their Link hidden: Login to view and saw that the contact information provided (hotline number, and address) is updated as well.

If you wish to be attended to immediately, I suggest you call them during their hours of operation from Mondays - Fridays, 9:00am - 5:00 pm ET. Please understand that suppliers may have other email backlogs to attend to, delaying their response to your email. Calling them directly will have your concerns addressed almost instantly.

I have confirmed that this supplier does in fact ship Internationally. However, they do not ship Worldwide and that, unfortunately, includes your destination.

So this is why you are experiencing the issue you are having with setting the shipping information, there is no option in the automated system to ship to your destination.
