Enroute confusion

We contacted Enroute a few weeks ago. And I had the pleasure of speaking to Marc the owner IIRC. He stated they had 200,000 products in our category (Outdoor, hunting and hiking products). Two weeks later we finally got our customer number. But when I logged into their site as directed by their email. I found only 2000 products in these categories. Am I missing something here? Do I have to become a $300 Tier 1 supplier to view their entire database of products? Their websites are kind of confusing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I was hoping for a larger database of products than what you can see without logging in. The site I was directed to is here: Link hidden: Login to view

Hi Patrick,

There has been some confusion with their tier platform from members in the past, Marc did actually mention in response to a post that it was a subject they were looking at closely in determining a way to make it more understandable. I don't know the specific answer to your question, but I would suggesting sending Marc a PM to clarify for you asap.
