Wow. I am so angry and upset all at the same time. Paypal, has refused all my disputes placed on the chinese seller, not only that that b** sent me fake items, so I wanted to initiate, another dispute, BUT they said that its not part of ebay? And so they cant investigate it. Wow. Then how come when I called before, they said that I was fully covered. This is just rediculuous. I hate Paypal.

All they did, was give me 3 places to report the fraud
and also goto court.

What can I do this way. I am so stressed. This is 3000 dollars. Oh my god, I just dont know what to do right now. They said I was fully covered, now chances of getting this money back, is nearly impossible, I dont even know what I can do. How do I goto court with this? I need help. Suggestions PLEASE!!!

If your dealing with a Chinese supplier then you should just consider your money lost. I hate to tell you this but I did tell you paypal would do nothing to protect you. Their entire sales pitch is full of lies. When it comes down to it Paypal will only protect Paypal not a Buyer and Definitely not a seller. Their buyer protection is a statement and its nowhere to be found in their Terms of service which they hide behind during any lawsuit against them.

The only way you can fight back is to spam the internet with this suppliers contact info and any information you can provide to lock this looser out from scamming someone else using this front.

Alex - I'm really sorry to hear about your loss. I know with your ambition to succeed and some of the great info here and other legit sites you will regain that money back soon.

Jimmy thanks for laying it on the line re: paypal. 'Their buyer protection is a statement and its nowhere to be found in their Terms of service which they hide behind during any lawsuit against them. ' is really good to know. I thought they would be a much better company for transaction protection.

Did you use credit card to pay paypal? if you did, call your credit card company and try to do a charge back, Paypal won't help if you did't get the item through ebay.
