First-best.com - are they a scam or not?

Has anyone dealt with HengDa International Trading Co., Ltd in China, with a website of www.first-best.com. I think it might be a scam but not sure, so if anyone could help me it would be great

I think it's pretty safe to assume that they are a scam - Chinese site and branded electronics simply don't go together. Stay away from this one and other Chinese sites that offer similar products!

I did a test/mock order to see if they really offered the payment methods listed but rather than finishing my order all the way to the part where I get to choose the payment method I want, they gave me an order number instead. So I seriously doubt they accept safe payment methods.

If your instinct tells you they are a scam site then they may well be one.
