Focalprice.com and DHL-shippment

I ordered two sparated parcels from focalprice.com in the same time. One of them has been sent by AirMail, which I received 22 days as accepted, but the another parcel should be sent by HDL-express, for that I paied 11USD. After one month they sent me a massage that the customs by DHL returned the parcel back to focalprice. They saied because of strict security check on DHL orders. They saied that they will pay me back within 2 working days. I don't assert that focalprice has some issues by customs. But once I imported some goods from a Chinese trading/manufactory company. they used FEDEX and I received the goods within few days.

I have just joined focal price and I am trying to get some details worked out eg exactly what products to buy. How long does it take to deliver to the UK I was hoping 7 days or am I being too optimistic?

No idea, but 7 days does seem slightly optimistic. However, I'm sure they will be able to confirm a shipping time for you.

I did buy items from the wholesale side of focal price and it was delivered within 14 days. It was very easy to do and all I had to do was pay some tax to get my goods.
