Fragrancenet.com problems

Hi,

I had order perfumes from this site in the beginning of november. I told them to ship it to my freight forwarder on my name. They sended the parcel with ups and ups returned the parcel to fragrancenet.com after they went to deilver it to my freight forwarder. Because it was on mine name. I had to place a name of someone who is working their.

After that fragrancenet.com emailed me and told me to pay $19.95 if I want to reship it. I'm living in South America and wired the money. And its impossible to wire $19.95. It will cost me more than $250 to wire that. The minimum wire money is $200.

now the parcel is lying there since 2 weeks. I have lost all the money and customers who had paid me in advance. I had to return their money back. Now when I will get the perfume I will sit with them.

I emailed them so many times but no reply. Is this some way of doing business? After getting their money they just forget you !
It was first time doing business with them and it was horrible. Only for a $19.95 !

Is anyone doing business with them? I saw them on Salhoo supplier list.
