Hi Getafix96,

Welcome to SaleHoo! It's great to have you on board :)

I did a quick search on Google for some reviews on them but was unable to find any. I did a Whois check and found out that their website has been created in 2008. I was unable to find out other details like payment methods they accept, their terms as these are not available on their website.

I suggest that you speak with them on the phone, ask all questions and if you decide to deal with them, place a sample order first and pay only through credit cards or PayPal. If you are in doubt, you may check out the SaleHoo directory for verified suppliers of this product instead.

Upon researching, I came across this and thought it would be helpful to you:

If there's anyone who was able to use this supplier before, your feedback will be much appreciated.

Hope that helps!

All the best,

Thanks for that Haydee
I had done the whois thing. They take t/t l/c or western union. At least they offer the letter of credit option. I think I will try ringing them tomorrow.

You're welcome. L/C may cost quite a bit to set up but it is also a safe option and best taken when you intend to place a large order :) Most exporters offer L/C as this reduces the risk of export.

Let us know how it goes. Wish you luck,

I probably wont use that option as first order will only be $300 nz but at least it was offered. I am sure there would be some bad feedback postings on the net if they were scammers and I found none either.

Exactly! To add, the fact that they have their own brand eliminates authenticity issues (which is common with Chinese suppliers) and this type of product is not really something that scammers use to scam people. You can also ask them if they attend Trade Shows. That's a good indication that they are legitimate as Trade Shows require monetary investment which scammers are not so fond of doing :)
