Hey everyone,

Does anyone have any experience using Salvageexporter.com? I am thinking of using them to purchase some MAC Cosmetics.

Hi pasmoso,

They seem pretty legit and relatively safe to deal with. Although we at SaleHoo cannot guarantee this 100% since we have not dealt with them personally.

Based on the quick search, they have been online for quite sometime now and welcome potential customers who want to visit their warehouse. They accept cash, cashiers check, bank/wire transfers. I didn't see any negative comments about them (but no positives either).

Try a sample order first and see how the deal turns out.

All the best to you! Cheers :)

Hi pasmoso,

I haven't used Salvageexporter.com myself but I did a quick check on them and here's what I've found:

Their website was registered in 1999.
The address the domain has been registered with matches the one listed on their website.
Their contact email is at their own domain name.

These are all great, perhaps my only reservation is that according to their website, they only accept cash, cashier's checks, money orders or bank wire transfers. Although it's reasonably common practice among liquidators to accept these payment methods, I'd be very cautious. Because unless you have an established relationship with the supplier, paying with these methods means that in the event of something going wrong, you may LOSE your money.

Try to purchase a sample before bulk ordering to ensure that their products meet your expectations and at the same time, to see how they are to work with and whether they are good value for your money.
