Hi everyone, when I first got on to Salehoo, watchcloseouts was the first place I did business with, then subsequently sunglassesscloseouts which is the same company. Their service is great, in that they promptly posted etc. well packaged. You got exactly what you paid for. This is the key point. Its been almost 6 months since my first order. I sold most of my watches. I keep 3 for me and gave others to family as gifts. Now, I'm having a horrible time as several keep coming back!! I sold the croton divers watches and others which are 50m water resistant at least (didn't even make much money) and 3 of the six sold have come back LEAKING after swimming. Also the croton automatic watches have the 2 of the 3 I brought (gold plated with diamonds) are not keeping time. I took one to the jeweler and he said it was quote 'not the real thing, a knock off made with crappy parts' he wouldn't write anything of this effect down for me to send to them. I contacted them Watchcloseouts about the automatic ones which went first. His answer is to send them back and he he will send them to croton for repair. God know's how long this will take, in the interim my business and reputation has gone down the toilet. Even I don't trust the watches as of the 3 that were for me 2 have leaked or not kept time!! I don't know what to do from here. I just wanted to let other people know, I'm not disshing them as their service was great! but I do wonder about the watches, and I won't ever buy any again as the amount you make off them verses the costs invovled in repair is running at a HUGE loss.

P.s I brought sunglasses too, of the 10 pairs 2 had bent frames which i had to get fixed and sell cheaper as they were never quite straight. Posting them back is costly and timely. Personally, if I want a watch or sunglasses, I would just go to the shop now.

i will receive the items on monday 28th. I will let you know about the quality, but I think they are not replicas - If they are, I will make a chargeback from my credit account, because watchcloseouts.net stated in there FAQ that they dont sell replicas or fakes.
i bought this one: Link hidden: Login to view

Hello everyone.

Since my last post of my experience with Watchcloseouts, someone contacted them with my remarks and yesterday I received a really horrible email from them.

I thought that Salehoo was for private members?

My posting re: my experience was not nasty, simply my experience, I did say that their service was great etc. just that I was concerned.

Now as a consequence there is no way I can get back any refunds for any of the watches. Which doesn't seem fair.

How is it that Jimmy was able to right that 'Hmm I would be careful with this one. They are a legitimate company in florida. but thier prices make me think Designer Inspired Knockoffs. Florida is the flea market capitol of the world. All flea market vendors sell designer inspired knockoffs.'

And I simply state my experience and I am subjected to the nasty reply I got from them.

Whoever it was that passed along my experience, thanks a lot. :|

hello, i got my items and the quality are really good. I am not a watch expert - but I dont think that they are replicas.. I also wear a watch by my own ...
What I am struggeling with, is the shipping costs and customs tax to ship to europe - so at the end it is hard to make good profit.

oh... didn't know that.. i got a list from him.. and the prices are really good, just need to make sure they are legit.

i'm gonna try to order the smallest lot first 10 pieces... but his website is so out of stock..

in order to order from the list he gave me i have to order 25 pieces.. which will be at a minimum of a grand...

will keep everyone updated.

What you will find is anything that is on the site can be purchased in smaller lots, from memory about 200 dollars worth, but the gear goes quickly.

He usually has bulk stock that is not listed, the outlay is more because of the volume he sells the bulk in, but at least you get a chance to purchase before someone else cleans the listed stock out.

Any guestions regarding Watchcloseouts.net, please email me at Deals@Watchcloseouts.net.

Water failure in a watch is typically the way the industry rates them, I recommend only swimming with 100M and higher watches with a screw down crown.

Croton has a good warranty process and we turn them around quickly

Thank you
