How much do I pay for European customs?

Hi,

I see most of wholesalers or dropshippers here are from USA or other non EU countries. Since I want drop shipper from Europe I am bit confused. I do not want to pay for custom taxes. And delivery also takes time to get goods from abroad. I could find only few dropshippers from Europe (Spain, Czech republic). Any idea? Which do you recommend?

What is experience if you are from Europe and are dropshipping from USA or China? How much (in %) do you have to pay custom taxes ? Of course there is also VAT.
