Luxury800free.com - Are they for real?

are they a scam, they email me from time to time trying to sell phones, ipads etc..

They are based in China Link hidden: Login to view and they offer a wide range of brand name electronics. There are PayPal and credit card logos in the website but when you checkout/pay the payment option available are only via Wetern Union or bank transfer. I am not confident to recommend buying from this company.
