Opentips.com - feedback needed

Has any one had problems with opentips. I am a new member but have been doing dropshiping since 2003 and have not had any preblems until now.
I have had two order from opentips. One customer claims he never received his order although FedEx shows it delivered. My other order has been pending since the 21 and is still pending. I keep asking for a tracking number and all I get it is proccessing.

Yes I have contacted them several times. I need a tracking on my order going to Canada or at least the customs label id.
The item was ordered on the 21 and I can not get anything except their answer of we need 3 to 5 day for processing. I believe 17 days should be enough time. I am getting down graded on ebay on performance because of the tracking not posted in correct amount of time. On their site it shows processed so they should be able to supply me with the tracking or customs label.
