Parkflyers RC - review needed

Has anyone had any dealings with this company? I am most interested in RC and would like to get into selling these items but I don't know anything about this company and if they are trustworthy and have actual below retail prices.

The only negative feedback we have received from members is in regards to very slow customer service response times. This seems to be a reoccurring theme with the past reports we have received regarding this supplier.

Sadly, they aren't on their own in that department, many suppliers, for whatever reason, seem to not put a lot of value on high customer service value.

Perhaps calling them rather than emailing may well be the best way to avoid any service delays.
