Please help with DHgate seller

HI, I bought ten pairs of shorts off a seller from dhgate. He kept telling me I was going to send shorts so I released payent. Now he has set none and I have lost my money and ten very angry buyers on dhgate.

DHgate tell me to contact him. He won't answer my 20 meesgaes I have sent him

What are my lgal rights please

if you are paying with credicard try to make a chargeback because you didn't receive the items.
most of the dhgate are spammers so be careful !
