rakuten.com - Review Needed

Dear staff and all friend !
i see site: rakuten.com and some local site exp: rakuten.co.uk...
They are a markert online and is this same aliexpress.com ?
but, i dont see all thing from this, so pls help me, can i get product from this to sale ( same aliexpress.com )
and give me more info from this site.

Rakuten.com used to be Buy.com. It's an online selling platform popular in Japan. However, there were few reported cases on credit card misuse from this company. You can read more about it here:
