Hi Christian,

The suppliers you've mentioned are all verified by SaleHoo as being safe to deal with. I'd be pretty interested, too to learn from members how their deal went out with these companies.

If anyone out there is dealing straight from these suppliers, let us know your first-hand experience with regards to shipping (rates and delivery time), customer service, and maybe product quality as well.

I am very disappointed with this supplier.

They do respond you for presale questions but sometimes they get bored and never reply back.
Often you get an automated message saying that the respective person is in vacation and is coming back on X day.

I also tried to make purchase test and so I ordered some random item (a bracelet with 24h delivery by DHL express). I chose to pay by bank wire, notified them by email, they acknowledged my message and replied that they will forward my confirmation to the appropriate department. This was on 18 June 2020. Seven days later, the order #52222 was still "processing".

After a few days I contacted them by email but they never got back to me, Today I tried to call them but no one picks up the phone. Left them a voice mail message, they ignored it apparently.

Edit: After even more days, they said the deposit guys told them the item I ordered was not really in stock, so I should choose another.

Sorry but I wasted almost a full month just to get my first order..

In the end after a lot of patience they refunded my payment. Still, I don't think I will continue with them. They were too slow doing anything and just one email per week in 2020 doesn't sound much as "support"..
