It's very difficult for us to review suppliers outside of our directory because we don't have any fist hand information we can rely on. We always recommend dealing with the suppliers within our directory as they have been fully verified and in the event of an issue occurring, we are in a position to then assist resolve the issue between the member and the supplier, where we aren't able to assist at all with suppliers outside of the directory.

If you do want to trade with a supplier outside of the directory, we would always suggest choosing one that accepts safe payment methods to take advantage of, so credit card ideally. Then if you do experience any issues that you aren't able to resolve to your satisfaction, you have the option of cancelling your payment and recouping a refund on the purchase so you aren't out of pocket for the bad experience.
