Wondering if they are good and reliable. Also wondering how easy it is to connect with them. I sent a message but not sure how long it'll take them to get back to me.

Any feedback?

Hi Maya,

I have no personal experience, but I've checked with support and we have had no issues reported that required us needing to intervene in any dispute, So a completely clean trading record with SaleHoo over the past 7 years.

In regards to response times, they vary from supplier to supplier. The quickest way to get a response if you need a quick one is to just give them a call. Even just a quick call to let them know that you will be following up further with an email, that then alerts them to watch out for it.

So I contacted the supplier via message from here and haven't heard back for a few days.
I then followed up with another message - nothing.
Go to their website where they say they have customer service with "real people" answering the phones, and the phone line is busy all the time! I then sent them an email this time via their own website (the one with real people) - and nada.

I give up on them! If this is the service you get before initiating business, I'm not sure I want to find out what happens next. Too bad no one reviewed them before. They are non-responsive.

I gave them a call just now and was able to speak with a representative. Here's their phone number: 800-724-6693

So this supplier is currently not accepting Amazon sellers, so if that's where you're selling they will not be able to work with you. eBay sellers are fine, and those who have their own websites as well.

I tried their contact form with no luck.
I do sell from my own website and tried calling as well with no response.
Will give it another try.
