We do carry out ongoing reviews of our suppliers to make sure all their information is correct and to ensure they are providing a level of service that we expect for our members. However, it is a massive job trying to cover every supplier in our rapidly ever growing directory, so we always appreciate any help we can get from members.
If you are having trouble with a supplier, if you find that the information they have on their profile is out of date and they haven't yet updated it, problems with thier website or similar, then please notify us so we can act. Your assistance helps us and is greatly appreciated.
In situations where a supplier is not responding to emails, please use their contact number provided on their profile to make contact before reporting the issue to us. We know it's frustrating when suppliers ignore email requests and to be honest I have no idea why they do, but you will find many that do exactly that.
So try their phone number, even if you request they call you back or email you. If after trying their number (during their business hours) you're still not getting a response, then please report to us for follow up action.
