Hi mrvolts,

Welcome to SaleHoo! :) As a supplier, sw-box.com seems to satisfy some of the requirements we look for in a company to be considered reliable - more than 2 years existence online, and can accept safe payment methods such as Paypal.

HOWEVER, I can see that the products listed in their site carry Apple's logo. Please be cautious about importing fake Apple products, even accessories, from China, because you will most likely encounter great problems at the Custom. I have been searching for the post where a member just shared this experience. I will add the link here once found.

My advice for you is not to buy from this supplier, especially when you are going to import them in bulk.

Aside from sourcing Apple accessories directly from Apple Inc., here's a list of suppliers from our directory that offer these products -

You need to find the Wholesale section on these supplier's websites and either fill out an application form or contact them directly to get wholesale prices.

Let us know if you need further help.

Thank you Irene. I will take your advice on anything with a brand logo. Would it be safe to import their generic cell phone cases though?

Should be. Mobile phone cases are being imported from China to different countries. Here's a table for its tax duty according to the country that imports these items from China - Link hidden: Login to view

Cheers! :)

Thank you for the link but it appears Canada is not listed? Is there another resource that may indicate the Canadian import rates for such products? Your help is very appreciated:)

Hi mrvolts,

Based on the guides I have read there is no pre-calculated list for Canadian import duties. It might be because Canadian import fees are calculated based on the item's actual cost in Canadian dollars. So no matter where you purchased the goods and in what currency, the value of the goods must be converted in to Canadian dollars to determine the duties payable. Some goods will also have other charges or taxes apply. Canadian Border Security Association can help you with all these. So if it is you first time importing it is best that you seek professional help from a customs broker perhaps.

I suggest reading our guide on Importing to Canada - Link hidden: Login to view - You'll find vital info/tips plus links and contact numbers.

Hope this helps :)
