Got a customer who bought both camera and sd card to the camera.
He wanted to 1/5. I ordered it 20/4 and it was planned to be shipped on 26th of april.
My customer paid extra to get it shipped fast by Dhl.
But tradestead didn`t ship it 26/4 as promised, so i had a chat with them 27/4 and they promised that it would be shipped the same day.
So first the 28/4 they shipped it and of course it never reached denmark before 2/5.
So now i got a angry customer and going to give him some money back because of this.
And i wonder why tradestead act like this. Are they not interested in new customers?
I couldn`t review them again, cause i did want to give them one star.
Must say some of the products they sell are interesting tbh, but with a customer service like this they scare me a little to wanna do business with them.
Edit: To their pro they responded to my request fast. And they want to give me some discount next time.
