I have used them several times and they are great in both customer service and the quality in their products. They may not be the cheapest in prices but pretty darn good from what I have seen. I have only orders new products from them so not sure about the customer returns but you never know what your gonna get with returns which seems to sell well on ebay. The key to their shipping prices is you should order more than just one pallet to save.

Thanks dwmgoods, how do they compare to liquidation.com ? i have purchased one pallet from them before, but as you know its an auction format and its hard to get a really good deal.

Hey dreamcatcher,

Well I haven't purchased anything from liquidation.com but I know via trading carries both customer returns and New products plus you don't have the bidding format like you do with liquidation.com. You can go to via trading locations in California and meet for an auction event for the pallets they have but you also get their guarantee of buying directly from via trading and not from individual sellers like you do on liquidation.com.

Doesn't matter who the liquidator is, electronic loads will usually carry the highest defect ratio as they are almost always customer returns.....and the biggest reason a customer will return an electrical item is because it doesn't work!

If you have the ability to repair electrical, these types of surplus loads can really pay off. If you can't, they can deliver some of the heaviest loses in the game.

thanks fudjj, and yes , i know that any time you are buying pallet of this nature, electronics carry a big risk. may rethink my choice.

customer return are tough, but if you pick the right supplier, they work great. I have been doing customer returns for consumer electronics and I am happy with my profit margin. Been doing ths for a year and I am at a point where I can start buying truckloads.
