Make sure you have checked you PayPal account by logging in, not from any email sent to you. If the money is definitely there, then you can withdraw it into your own account.

No way anyone can take it form you, except for one reason. Credit Card fraud. If the buyer has used a stolen Credit Card and hooked that up to their PayPal account, the PayPal will come after you for the money when it all hits the fan (if you know what I mean)

It's something all online traders have to deal with. Chances are you will be ok, but nothing is ever written in blood! It's definitely not something that would concern me so long as the buyer was from Australia. An International sale, then I would be inclined to reject the sale personally, but that's just me lol.

Hi babydoll85,

There are several ways you can block certain buyers at eBay. Use this guide from Link hidden: Login to view

In our Education Resource, we have also listed common problems from eBay buyers and advice on how to deal with each of these issues - Link hidden: Login to view

Hope this helps. :)

No, just transfer the cash into your account, chances of getting stung with a stolen credit card charge back are small. As I said, that's something all online traders are faced with, no way around that one.

Irene have given you the link there in regards to blocking. Now the chances are you have just been unlucky enough to run across some a-hole who has nothing better to do than run around send people abusive messages. I wouldn't however just disregard it, check to see what they are selling. My concern here is that you could be up against some competitor looking to make some noise, and if they are that aggressive, they could report your item in an effort to have eBay remove it.

I'm not saying that's what will happen, I just as the attack has come out of no where, so watch out for them.

Hi Marc,

Yes I checked his/her listings and at the moment theres only 3 items for sale and one of them is an item that I am selling, so do you think I should report it to ebay or just ignore it but what if they really actually do report me to ebay, which I dont care cause I know that my items are all 100% authentic but I just dont want a headache from ebay

OK, now we know what inspired the attack from them at least. What I would do is reply to the message, keeping it very professional. I would thank them for their concerns in regards to my product, but I was happy to be able to reassure them that the product was in fact genuine, and I could substantiate that documented proof.

That will hopefully shut them up, but no guarantee that they haven't already reported your item. Not much more you can do at this point, just sit and wait to see if eBay acts and removes the listing. At that point you can then state your proof to them to get that over turned.

If you feel that for any reason their own item may be fake, then you can report that for sure, although at this point I would imagine they would just retaliate and report yours, if they haven't already.

Messy, but I would suggest sending the letter and seeing if you get a response, and if so what they say in reply BD :)
