What is a Trustworthiness Score?

I am new to SaleHoo and am reviewing dropshippers to find the right match. I noticed the trustworthiness score under the company review page. What do those scores mean? How are they calculated?

Welcome to the Forum! A trustworthiness score is normally based on customer satisfaction. Trust scores basically just gives you a quick overview of a company's reliability.

It looks like the WOT application determines the trustworthiness of a website, not customer satisfaction with services rendered. I'm still not clear on what SaleHoo's trustworthiness score means. Is 67 a good score or not?

Yes, the score ties directly to the website, it doesn't rate customer satisfaction of other such parameters. I wish I could be helpful in regards to what their percentages mean, but I'm afraid I don't know much about it at all myself.

Of course, SaleHoo has it's own verification process for suppliers to be approved for our directory.
