Some quick research has brought this data up.
XIN NET TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION has a history of being a central spam center for spammers.
Lots of crooked people on this server. Been reported on scam fraud alert since early 07.

Plus they are selling VERO items. Not a good combination.

What do you mean by Legit?

Are you asking will they steal your money, or are you asking if their products are genuine.

If it's the later question, then the answer is easy....no!
