WholesalerWholesaler have some of the rudest people working for them. I placed an order about 1 month ago and tried to call them to find out the status of the orders and the person that was on the other end of the phone was vary rude and would not give me his name when I ask him his name and told me that I would have to go through channels to get a reply about the two orders I made through them if that is the type of service that I get from them I will not order any more items from them. And when you place and order from WholesalerWholesaler you never get a confirmation on the orders letting you know how much your total was,or even if they sent the order out. I am beginning to think they are a sham company. They need to change their policy about at least letting a customer know if there order has been received and what the total is, and when it was shipped out if it even was shipped out. I am very unhappy with them :( :(

I would advise you to ask to speak to Joe, He is the owner of that company and is a respected member of salehoo. I dont vouch for his employees but hes pretty good at resolving issues.

I Must admit I'm pretty disappointed too with Joe Richey himself. Not that I've ordered through his company YET but I've sent a couple of emails to ask Joe a few questions on products he is selling and have NEVER had a reply. SO yes I too wonder if his company is Dodgey?? As a member of salehoo I have no clue who this guy is along with 1000's of other members. Such a shame.... :(
