Joe must straighten his act, He must organize
his business, it looks like he is always sending emails of the same thing to me. Why don't he organize his business more to make it
more legit. I found out that most of his source is copy in here.

I'm thankful for these forums. I was thinking about buying from this company but I think I need to do more research. Has anyone bought jewelry from them? And if so, were they satisfied with the quality? Any help would be appreciated. :)

I have bought some jewelry items from them and wasnt impressed. But I have heard many others say they have made alot off of thier lots.

They have many many items you can choose from. Give them a try.
As I have said before I have lost money or broke even off of some of thier products but I have profited much more off of others. Its not like they cost a fortune to buy from.

Start small and if you like the money you make off of the items then order larger quantities and push them for faster order processing and shipping.

Wholesalejoe does deliver his products. I have never had an order not recieved.

He is correct I did make quite a bit of profit off of them when they were still a hot item. I dont think they are worth piddle now that everyone knows that suana belts are pretty useless lol . I think I paid joe 3.99 for each one and sold them for $17.99 each on ebay.

Hi, I also made a mistake of dealing with Joe after he bombarded me with his e-mails.

As I live in the UK I kept asking him for the shipping costs and he kept saying he didn't know as it was up to the post office what they charged.

I thought I give it a try anyway to find out. I ordered two items one for $99.95 and another for $35 to combine shipping. To my horror I received an invoice for $197 for S & H. He had charged me $98.5 for each item.

When I complained, after a few times, he just said you can cancel your order which I did but he now will not answer when I ask where my refund is.

Where is my refund Joe ?

I am new to Salehoo, but surely, they should investigate this guy and his business and if the members are unhappy about his dealings, he should be taken off the list so no one else gets caught buy his tactics.

At the moment I am $349.45 out of pocket and he will not reply and all I have is an e-mail confirming my cancellation. I will give him another couple of days and then get in touch will my credit card company see what they can do .

Just out of curiosity What items did you order and are they large items?

Some cases I have bought from joe were around 40 pounds and the size of 30 Inch tv box.

Now I know for a fact that shipping items from here to GB is almost twice the cost of shipping to anywhere in the USA. It cost me $38.00 just to ship an xbox 360 with 5 games to GB.

Your best bet is to ask him here in the forums. He pops in every 3-4 days to check posts. Im sure he will reply.

Also another note. If you payed by credit card and not paypal. Then a refund can take as much as 14 days to appear on your statement.

Hi Jimmy,

I ordered 1x ebay resellers lot dream package of 50 items for $99.95 and 1x overstock lots clearance for $35.

What is annoying is the fact that I had no idea of the weight and I just added the second item to reduce my shipping cost. I kept writing and asking Joe about the possible cost and he wouldn't say and I was stupid enough to go ahead and give it a try and assume I would only pay for one S & H. I also paid for insurance but did not expect to pay $197 plus whatever I might have to pay for the customs this end.

When I was asking questions, Joe was very quick to reply. When I complained about the invoice cost he said if not happy cancel the order. I have cancelled and I have an e-mail from him acknowledging the cancellation. Since then, he will not reply.

I have a feeling he will or has sent the parcel hoping I will accept it , then I have to send it back at my own expense and possibly wait for ever to get a refund. Of course, if he has sent it, I will not be taking delivery and will refuse to collect and be in touch with the credit card company to complain about his way of doing business.

That has been the main problem with me living in the UK and finding suppliers via Salehoo; main suppliers are in the US making it impossible to find any one in the UK hence the trouble I am having with WholesaleWholesaler and the much expensive extra cost of shipping.

Kavon, avery unhappy customer :x :x :x :x

Yes your card has been refunded we have written you 3 times
and yes those were the true rates to ship to your country. Evidently you lack experience in ordering from the US to your country as its rather expensive to ship Express Mail Gms. There is no magical solution in shipping free or at low cost that is reliable and effective. Especially on small orders in dollar amount it just doesnt make sense. I always suggest our international customers to order and hire a freight forwader in the USA if they feel our rates are high and they will see that no one is here to stiff them on shipping. Refunds do take up to 14 working days to show via international transactions rest assured we are not here to keep your cash and wish for you to have a refund so you will rest easier at night.
Thanks Joe

Hi Joe , at last a response. It would have been nice to have had a reply to my many e-mails.

I have not received 3 responses from you regarding the refund but that is by the by and I will be posting here in the forum as soon as I have received a refund , so far I have not.

I did ask you about the costing of the shipping on several occassions, at least now you know what the cost is when anyone else makes the enquiry.

You must appreciate by the time all the cost you presented in your invoice plus what ever the cost of the customs at this end, the purchase as selling items were not viable. I also still do not understand why there where two lots of S & H charges for one order.

Look forward to receiving my refund.

Well you ordered two lots which were sealed cases. Hard to combine two full cases into one?
Glad you finally got the message you might check your spam folders.

This is all an unfortunate series of events. And it clearly shows the differences with shipping locally in your area and shipping internationally.

Just a suggestion.

A Streamlined checkout and Shipping calculator on Link hidden: Login to view might be a good idea to reduce incidents like this one in the future. This way the buyer knows how much hes investing in a purchase and the seller does not have to waste time and resources on a transaction that is doomed to be cancelled.

Jimmy I wish a shipping caculator was that simple. Since we sell from over 350 vendors in our network its hard to do a international calculator. If a customer is not happy we just refund before its shipped. As in this case.

One thing is for sure, if nothing else, this Forum works.

May I point out this incident came about because Joe could not or would not give me any indication as to the cost of shipping to the UK. Now you can't say he has not had the experience of someone outside the US asking about the cost or trying to purchase his stuff.

At least now we all have learnt something, Joe now knows what the cost of shipping to the UK and Europe is, if he gets asked again and I have learnt to stick to buying nearer home.

I will let everyone know when I have actually received a refund back in my Credit Card account.

Hi Joe,

I recently (two days ago) paid $69.95 to join your 'exclusive' dealer area. I should have waited and read one of the other 5 emails I received from you that gave free access with a small purchase. Anyway... I do agree with some of the posts above. Your emails are way over the top, and can get annoying. Mostly, I'm wondering when I will actually gain access to the dealer area. I'm still waiting for a response telling me what my login info will be. What is the 'wait' time once I've paid? Thanks.

Sorry I'm very late to this thread by my recommendation is to proceed with caution. I'm not saying don't buy from Joe, but I was lied to by his former company, SwapSellTrade over a year ago.

And that company as well as Joe are all over the RipOff report. One report on there can be a fluke but this was too many, and combined with my personal experience I will not buy again.

[Link no longer available]

Perhaps things are different now. I hope so.

I just got done reading all the ripoff reports on joes old company as well as his new one. I hate to sound mean. But most of the reports show me nothing but consumer stupidity.

I mean who in thier right mind would sell products that do not have fully detailed listings on ebay expecting them to be dropshipped when they have never seen the product. I mean on one of the compliants. Its not like joe listed the movies by title. And if you see every seller that sells b rated movies dirt cheap. They have similar if not the same ads. And this same guy quit his job after what? 2 weeks of selling items he never saw? In my eyes that guy is a total idiot. I mean did he expect to get HOT titles that still sell at wal-mart for 15.99 for a buck?

Joe sells cheap products cheap. Thats all that has to be said. He also sells tons of information products. Infomation costs money no matter what info it is. And nomatter how worthless the info is your still going to pay for it.

I myself purchased a total of 11 times through swapsell trade. I never had a problem with delivery. But I did occasionally recieve some junk. But other items I made good money on. He sells products to help get people started. If your new to ebay. He has items that you can buy cheap to experiment on and try to sell.

I hate to tell you all this but I started my ebay buisness selling joes products. One item in perticular I think I bought and sold over 300 of for $14.99 to $19.99 was some really cheap sauna belts that joe had. They were absolute crap. But I made a bundle on them and not 1 negative feedback. I think I payed $4.75 for each one from Joe's Site. And sold close to 35-50 per week. I even had buyers buying 4 at a time.

I eventually moved on to other things but I earned money to help buy bigger items from Link hidden: Login to view after selling alot of items I bought on Link hidden: Login to view.

I have lost money from joes items. But with carefull experimentation I have made much more.

Now I know he deals in a volitile market. Because alot of his items are cheap. But most of his biggest complaints that have any relevance at all are because the buyers were not properly sampling the products before they tried to sell them.

I agree fully that many of the reports are a result of consumer stupidity. And quite honestly, I rarely put a lot of stock in that website. There's a lot of bitter people on there.

But in this case, it's the volume of reports that would have me concerned if I were a new purchaser. I'm sure there are others on the Ripoff Report with as many complaints, but not many. And I'm sure not many combine the volume with the level of venom spewed by those making claims.

On a personal level, my complaints are of a completely different nature. I purchased something that was completely misrepresented in an ad. When I confronted an employee (not Joe directly, so only an indirect reflection on him), this employee admitted their ad was misleading. This employee went on to tell me that I could 'just lie to my customers. They'll never know the difference.'

Sorry, but that's not the way I do business. I then of course had to pay to ship the products back plus a restocking fee for something they admitted was misrepresented in the ad. Several hundred dollars wasted.

Again that's in the past and maybe things have changed. But that's why I won't be back.

You know, Your not the first to complain about joes employees. I have heard a few similar complaints about them. I myself would rather deal with joe directly. As long as your not being unresponsive and rude. Joe will work with you or cancell the transaction. He will even respond to you here in the forums if you ask a question. He pops in every 3-4 days to check out the posts.

If hes the horrible person most claim him to be I doubt he would take time to come here and respond to peoples questions and concerns. A true scammer would just screw you over and never look back.

He does sell alot of cheap products but he also has some small goldmine items that they sell real cheap. You just have to buy in small amounts, check them out, and see what works for you. Alot of times people loose out on these items thinking they are junk, But you know the old attage. One mans junk is another mans treasure.

I have found that excellent service as a seller and a 100% money back guarantee if not satisfied work well even if your selling cheap junk.

I have never actually invested in his jean assortments. I think the prices are way too high especially if I can buy 50 pairs through liquidations for less then 5 pairs of true religion jeans listed there.

As Jimmy stated we deal in cheap crap
and closeout merchandise. This is not stuff one
will find in higher end stores. Really we notice a trend. Most of the whiners are ebayers who try and control our business from thier kitchen and have no clue about the nature of closeouts and buying surplus..... We have many people who reorder weekly and continue to do well. I would highly suggest anyone trying our firm, sample the product if you like it, buy more. We try our best and always deliver..... Yes I do check in here to read the gossip... Unlike other vendors on here at least I do respond. As for the Ripoffreport I gave up debating them idiots its useless. Any high volume firm is going to have reports. Go back and run Ebay, Paypal, and Overstock.com you will be amazed they can accumulate reports and does that make them a ripoff? No it means you cant satisfy all and the forums or just a mouthpiece for people to speak. Its what the company does to respond to legitimate issues is the key. Our promise to any Salehoo client if you have issues post them here in the forum. We will address any issue openly.
Thanks Joe Richey

Okay. I am a bit concerned. Ordered what was advertised as 'authentic' designer jewelry. 12 pieces. Placed another order for another 12. The shipping was outrageous. Over 20.00 for 12 small boxes packed in a shipping box? Went to order 12 'authentic' necklaces. Over 30.00 for shipping?? Well I found a link I was emailed to join the private members access for 14.95. Said I'd get instant access. Lifetime membership. Was looking to order and pay for flat fee shipping. Instant access means the link is emailed immediately after payment. I paid through paypal.
I did a search on the email address of swapselltrade or something like that. I read all the rip off reports and became VERY concerned. I am mostly worried about the quality of the jewelry. The price tag on the back of the boxes does indeed say 75.00. There is a logo on the gift box. The website says authentic and not 'inspired' like Baby Phat 'inspired' jewelry.
So how do I get instant access since I paid and can Joe PM or email me to let me know if the items I ordered are indeed genuine and not knock offs?
My rep means everything to me.

Anyone have the link to get into the dealers area or is that a no-no? I did pay to get in. Hoping the site would recognize me and let me place my order or it wouldn't work if one didn't pay? Just frustrated. I want to put this order in and get flat rate and reasonable shipping.

[Ick...I have the TV on. Not watching what's on. just realized it's an information for some colon cleansing product. They are talking about the volume of feces we should be passing every day. Man, people will sell just about anything and the customers will buy it. Sell any colonblow Joe?
Thank you.
