Hi, I have not used Doba but had a trial account with them and found most prices to be way too high. I was checking out perfumes and found that they markup the wholesale prices and on top of that they add a $2 or so dropship fee taking the price higher. So unless you want to compete with sellers on Ebay with those high prices there is not much I can say. Also the Xbox 360 prices were high. Personally I think any dropshipper is pretty much useless unless you are looking for profit in pennies or a buck or two. Spoke to their live help once and they said there were other products that were more profitable. Didn't check any more after that with them.

Hope someone else will post their experience with DOBA as well.

Yeah, if you spend hours searching you might find something worthwile but pretty much all Doba's stuff is high priced.
I did a trial with them and that was about it, anything I tried I couldn't list without being under priced by just about everyone else out there.

I dislike doba very much. Everytime I placed an order it took forever and a day to ship out. That's to say that only two items I ordered shipped because after 10 days of being in the system they were cancelled by doba because they had no stock.

Their prices are sky high and their shipping is rediculously expensive. Be careful if you do sign up with them because they bill you for the whole 12 months up front. And they say that your money is non refundable if you bail on them before your 12 months are up.

Fortunately for me and my temper I got ticked and I got my money back after threatening them with the BBB and posting a bad rating on my web site.

I would suggest not doing business with them but it's up to you.

I had a Doba trial membership. Their products are way too high priced. Also, they do not have a good selection. Most items I searched for they would be out of stock.

On top of that the very first day they were calling me trying to get me signed up for a one year lump payment to get a discount...blah... :x

Heres my 2 cents worth.
I use DOBA as my primary supplier now, but that will change when my mistake of signing a 0ne year membership is up. Their prices are high and choosing a markup for me to make a profit is very low on most electronic products I sell. Shipping charges are high but some of the sub warehouses have low shipping charges. Transaction time is long. I have had quite a few orders processed and they still take about three days to ship. This doesn't sit well with some impatient customers.
Some other point s on DOBA: They are updating the website, it does look better than it used to, but searching for products is very frustrating. When you type in a product to search for, you end up with a lot of products that are not what you wanted. They need to do a lot of work on the search feature to make it search better.
They do list products that are out of stock. This has wasted a lot of my time explaining to customers when I can't ship
something they bought and ,or trying to get the specific product elsewhere. They say 250,000 products listed, wonder how many are out of stock.
Bottom line is you won't make much profit using DOBA.

I'm new here and just browsing the forum topics to become familar and get good solid info from the 'veterans' before I take the plunge.

I signed up for Doba and kept it or one month. I have a very solid ebay rating of 500 PRs and 99% rating and protect it with my life, but I got out of the rare coin & currency business about 3 years ago and have been looking to replace it with something differenent - and tried Doba.

What a joke especially the Ebay Market Push service. I 'pushed' 3 items as a test run and none of the descriptions transferred and the photos of the items are tacky at best.

I cancelled just the other day.

How unfortunate.

Weve worked with Doba for a little over a month now, and yes their prices have high markups and am not at all pleased with the way we have to everyone except make money for our selves. And if this money was 5 dollars an item...Id be pleased enough not to write this.

trust me ..doba is just too high priced for any ol online selling..especially with the number of other websites that sell the same item for cheaper

I tried DOBA twice within a five month span. I cancelled early on both occasions. First of all they have the most terrible search engine I have ever come across. Secondly, their prices are ridiculously high and last but certainly not least, why advertise a high end products wen you don't have them in stock. DOBA=WASTE OF TIME.

Just to add my 2 cents, along with everyone else DOBA is not worth your time or money.

The prices are way too high and everyone is selling the same items on ebay so there is no room for profit.
