Just looked at the site for the frist time, but my opinion is that it's just another Chinese fake factory.
You will find hundreds of these on sites like Dhgate, alibaba and trade key, to name a few.
Can't be sure if it a scam site, but I wouldn't trust anyone using a free hotmail account to do business.
