Hi there,

They are in the Salehoo directory and have been rated with 4 stars and a great review -

'Reviewed on: 2007-03-23

I contacted this company via telephone and left a message. My call was returned the next day and all my questions were answered then.

The Company:
- Based in Corona CA
- In the wholesale computer industry since 1992, changing the name of the company to Sabcal LLC. in 2000
- All items are surplus, used, lease-returned, refurbished and new computer products.
- Exports a large volume of equipment to many countries on every continent.
- They are not a 'broker'. Most of the products which they offer, are in stock in our own warehouse in Corona, and available for on-site inspection at any time.
- Prices are usually based on a particular minimum quantity order. For example: '20+' means that at least 20 pieces of the item must be purchased to qualify for that price, or 'Take-all' meaning that the entire lot must be purchased.
- Items may be bought at individual bases, but the price will be higher than the rate quoted on the site for those quantities.
- Company requires payment either by Wire Transfer in advance of shipment or Letter of Credit (L.C.). L.C.'s are usually only practical for international orders of $10,000 or more. L.C. terms are listed below. Some orders within the US can use credit card payments through PayPal.
- Normal transit times are from 1 to 6 working days depending on the destination and method.
- Ocean shipping transit times are usually from 2 to 5 weeks depending on the destination.
- They provide a 'non-DOA' warranty for most used products.
- DOA means 'defective-on-arrival' or 'dead-on-arrival'.
- Foreign customers do not have to complete the RMA form. Domestic USA customers must complete the RMA form and fax it to us before product can be returned.

My opinion: Prices are best for large quantity orders. I would buy from this site, however, be aware of what you are buying. Some Items do not have any warranty. These items have the potential to make money on auction sites. I like seeing pictures of the location on the site as well as a map on how to get there. It makes sense that the more you buy, the more you save, but I would like to see the individual price for the item listed as well.'
