That sounds like you are looking for manufacturer who can make your own. If that's so, the best sites can be B2B sites like Alibaba, D H Gate, Trade Tang. Tradekey and so on. These sites put businesses in touch with businesses all over thew old, however areas I would suggest you look at would be China, Taiwan, Korea and India.
Now it's never easy doing business in any of these countries if you're not there to do it yourself, so you may also want to consider speaking with a broker about acting on your behalf/
