Canadian Wholesalers of designer clothes?

does any1 know of any canadian wholsellers that deal in designer clothes..i am lookin to buy some clothes to sell but all the wholsellers i have can across r in the usa and if i buy from them i need to pay duty on them as i live in canada..i am just startin out so any advice on payin duty (or ways around not paying)will be greatly appreciated..thanx
