Hi lolaz,

You can narrow your search down to only show manufacturers by clicking on the 'Directory' tab, and then the 'Manufacturers' link in the second red menu. You can then select the 'Clothing & Fashion' category and sort the suppliers by country if you like. You'll find that we have a few clothing manufacturers listed.

Also, here are some other ways of finding manufacturers:

Google – since every supplier with a website can be found through Google, you can try Googling 'clothing manufacturers'.

Forums - you may find some supplier recommendations from other people and perhaps more importantly, you’ll get plenty of information about who to avoid.

You'll find a Search box on the upper left-hand side of the SaleHoo forum, if you type 'manufacturer' or 'clothing manufacturer', you might find a few related posts.

Business to business portals - can be very useful for finding manufacturers and wholesalers locally and internationally.

Trade shows - the best way to find good local suppliers. You can find what’s on in your area here:

Or trade magazines - an easy way to find trade magazines in your area is to search Yahoo's Business directory.

I don't know a lot about starting a clothing line but here's a post I've found that you might find helpful:

Also, Googling 'Start a clothing line' may bring up a few places.

Hope that helps. Cheers!
