Does Apple have a trademark/patent on the iPod Clickwheel?

Do you guys know if Apple has some kind of trademark or patent on the wheel? Any help will be appreciated. Any SaleHoo moderators care to help? Would it be Illegal to sell to stores mp4 players that are similar in fashion but are totally different on the inside?

Im going to check that out real closely. I did a little research and my conclusion is that they cant touch it. Its not branded. BUt I'll check it out better

those fake ipods you see on DHgate dont have the clickwheel anyways.
