Halloween costumes & props - wholesale source needed

I'm looking for suppliers of halloween stuff. Anything Halloween, whether its costumes, props, fog machines, scary sounds, etc.. I'm trying to stock up for halloween. I would like inexpensive stuff that can sell for a lot, and is good quality. Please note that i am a newbie. Thanks.

Not sure about any comapnies off hand but I do know that 95% of mass halloween products are manufactured in china
