I am looking for Oakley supplier/wholesaler

i know people on eBay are buying from wholesalers or suppliers for their Oakleys, it's usually closeout models, i cant seem to find where they are getting these sorts of crazy deals and prices. does anyone know where i can find one of these wholesalers or suppliers? i know most of them are out in CA.
