If you are in search for authentic VERTU phones you can only buy them through Vertu's online boutique or authorized dealers. These are not available through any wholesale channel. To find a store near you please visit this link:

With regards to VEPTU CECT I-70 - you're right this is a Vertu clone phone made by the Chinese company CECT. Basically the same design and function as the real VERTU phone but VEPTU does not come in real 24K gold casing. Here's a short write-up about the VEPTU phone -
